The body of a missing Nation Media Group (NMG) employee has been found at the city mortuary.
Mildred Odira who worked as a switchboard operator at Nation media went missing last week on Tuesday.
The mother of one was last seen at 4am on Tuesday by her Kariobangi South house security guards.
According to the guards, they called a taxi to take Mildred to a hospital in Ruaraka after she fell ill that night, but she never made it there.
However, the hospital said there was no record of Mildred being registered there.
Nation who viewed the hospital’s cctv footage says it shows the driver arriving and departing the hospital without dropping anyone.
“My sister was recently diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension and ulcers and I was with her on Sunday when I went to cook for her and her son,” Mildred’s sister Maureen Anyango told Nation.
The taxi driver was arrested on Saturday for questioning.
The family of the deceased found her body at City Mortuary, Nairobi.
