Permanent politicking, corruption ailing the country, says Kiraithe

Government spokesman Eric Kiraithe has termed permanent politicking, corruption and insecurity as issues affecting government development agenda.

Addressing journalists in Mombasa, Kiraithe said 2022 politics will only create jobs for few individuals and leave many youths jobless.

He further reaffirmed government’s commitment to fight corruption and insecurity.

“The cooperation between president Uhuru Kenyatta and opposition leader Raila Odinga focus on solving key problems in the society,” said Kiraithe.

According to the government, the recent terror attack at Dusit in Nairobi has demonstrated its readiness to deal with terror activities in the country.

He urged communities to cooperate with nyumba kumi initiative to fight against radicalization.
