The court heard that On that fateful day on May 1, 2011, Wambui Kabiru’s lifeless body was found in their house in Umoja estate following an argument over the volume of the radio.

The court heard that Dola overpowered ms.Kabiru and they both fell on the bed with Ms. Kabiru telling Dola that she had was hurt.

However, Dola told the court that he did not suspect that the late Ms.Wambui could have been seriously hurt as they both fell on the bed and only suspected something was amiss when she found her lying in the same position when he returned to his house a few hours later.

The court heard that Moses Dola went into hiding for some few days before he turned himself to the authorities in Naivasha.
