Yaya Toure set to join new club

Former Manchester city midfielder Yaya Toure completed a medical test and is set to join a new club.

Yaya who has been out since last season, after spending eight years at Etihad, was not attached to any club.

Several clubs, including West Ham, have been eyeing Toure and it seems that his destination will be confirmed soon.

His agent, Demitri Seluk, said Toure is a skilled player and completing his medical test in London did not mean that he would be joining an English club.

The 35 year old Ivorian, who is also a brother to Kolo Toure, made 316 appearances at city and scored 97 goals, he also helped city lift two league titles and the FA cup.
