Police arrest man linked to fake Saudi jobs

Mombasa,KENYA: Police  in Mombasa have arrested a man who has been receiving money from residents claiming he will help them to secure jobs in Saudi Arabia.

Speaking to Baraka FM,Likoni OCPD Benjamin Rotich said that Said Mohammed was arrested on Friday in Makupa area.
‘The suspect has been receiving money from several people in the region claiming he will help them secure a job in Saudi Arabia. “Said Rotich.
It is alleged that Mohammed received Sh 125,000 from three people in order to secure them jobs.
The  suspect is detained at Likoni police station and will be arraigned in court on Monday.
  1. Mr.Rotich has also said that  the suspect is linked to several counts of fraud.
