Nairobi,KENYA: A drama teacher at the Moi girls school Nairobi is set to take a DNA test in a probe against an incident in which a student was raped by unknown men at the dormitory on Saturday morning.

According to the Daily Nation who have reported the story, the drama teacher is suspected to have carried out the act in collaboration with others.

Two tests conducted at the Kenyatta and Nairobi Womens hospital on Sunday confirmed that the students had indeed been raped.

On Sunday, the school was closed down for a week to allow for investigations into the incident.

Infuriated parents waited at the school on Sunday to pick their daughters.

This comes just a few months after an inferno razed down the Kabarnet dormitory in the same school killing 11 students.

42 witnesses are set to testify in the suspected arson incident according to the office of the Director of public prosecutions while the hearing is scheduled for 19th to 23rd November.
