Nairobi,KENYA:The Kenya national Human rights commission (KNHRC) has rejected the credibility of the results being relayed by the IEBC.

While speaking to journalists in Nairobi on Wednesday afternoon   the commission’s executive director George Kegoro has called on the IEBC to respect the law by making publicly available forms 34A and to restrain from making illegal declarations of outcomes before all forms 34A are available and tallies from the Constituency levels.

“Kipchebor Polling station, Ainamoi Constituency in Kericho County’s form 34A shows that Uhuru Kenyatta got 284 votes and Raila 169. However, IEBC portal reflects Uhuru Kenyatta with 288 and 164 votes respectively, suggesting that 4 votes were subtracted from Odinga and added to Kenyatta.”

These are among the claims made on Wednesday by the Executive Director George Kegoro.

However Kegoro did not highlight any area where the IEBC portal indicates lesser votes than those appearing on forms 34A for President Uhuru.
