Kenyans heading for referendum after Counties pass BBI Bill

Kenya is headed for a referendum after more than 27 county assemblies approved the building bridges bill -BBI.

Members of the County Assembly from the 27 counties unanimously approved the BBI bill today.

Counties that have passed the bill include; Lamu, Mombasa, Machakos, Bungoma, Narok, Makueni,, Kitui, Garissa, Murang’a, Kirinyaga and Nyeri.

Others are Taita Taveta, Nyandarua, Kakamega  and Nakuru.
