Kenya has lost another doctor to COVID-19.
According to the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Union, Prof Paul Guchu Kioy succumbed to COVID-19 complications.
“He was a Neurologist who served his patients with diligence, great teacher & mentor to many doctors in the country. Heartfelt condolences to the family & friends,” said KMPDU.
The 78-year-old Professor, born on 23rd September 1952, was a father to three children.
He was a Professor in Clinical and Basic Neurophysiology/ General Physiology and also a Consultant Neurologist.
