Accra, GHANA: Ghanaian Premier League club Hearts of Oak has confirmed the indefinite suspension of head coach Frank Nutall citing disciplinary issues.

In a statement, the club’s hierarchy revealed the decision was reached after unsporting and unethical behavior which contradicts the code of conduct of the club.

Under the tutelage of Nuttal, Hearts of Oak finished third in the 16-team Ghanaian Premier League table standings, eight points behind champions Aduana Stars last season.

The Briton’s tactician coaching prowess in the continent, however, shone in 2015 when he helped Kenyan Premier League giants Gor Mahia to win the league undefeated.
