On Thursday, February 8 Tanzanian Model Hamisa Mobetto and musician and entrepreneur Diamond Platinumz were the talk of the town when the two met in a children’s court for the first time since Hamisa lost a court case where she was demanding monthly upkeep of sh 230,000 for their son Dylan.
The two were pictured separately walking to the court room with their lawyers by their side .
Diamond has not being in communication with his baby mama of late and according to her earlier claims, Chibu has been neglecting his fatherly duties.
She went ahead and claimed that her baby daddy had not been contributing financially towards the upkeep of their son.
Through an interview with a local radio station on the matter after the court session Diamond revealed that Hamisa’s lawyer requested for 10 million Tanzanian shillings for the upkeep of the child every month but the two opted for the outside court settlement.
Diamond said he is ready to take care of the child as his own and provide for him saying no amount can equals to a better upkeep of a child without the availability and love of both parents.
However,speaking after the court session,Hamisa denied any reports of filing another suit saying they had gone to seek a solution to the problem following the dismissal of the first suit.
