In other results USA lose 14-22 to Argentina, New Zealand humbled Samoa 24-12, Wales lost 38-7 to Australia while Fiji overwhelmed Russia 50-7.
Kenya’s next match is against HSBC World Sevens Series reigning champions South Africa at 1.36pm before coming up against neighbors Uganda at 6.30pm.
