Balala says legal action to be taken against Jubilee agents who absconded

Mombasa,KENYA:CS Balala has said legal action will be taken against the jubilee agents who failed to turn up.

He said about 5% of agents failed to turn up despite having gone through training and received allowances.

He has also assured security to the voters citing that security personnel has been taken to areas where chaos were experienced.

Balala has also said that all the polling stations in Mombasa were opened according on time.

He has insisted the Jubilee  party will win with 70+ voted despite NASA absconding election.
