London, ENGLAND: Harambee Stars captain Victor Wanyama will watch from the stands as his club Tottenham Hot Spurs take on Everton this Saturday in the English Premier League duel.

In a statement on Thursday, Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochetino confirmed the midfielder will be out of action due to injury he sustained in training.

Wanyama who missed Harambee Stars’ international friendly match with Mozambique last weekend is however expected to get fit in a few weeks-time according Tottenham’s medical team.

Meanwhile, the English Premier League enters match week four this weekend with Manchester City hosting Liverpool in the early kick-off match slated for 1430hrs local time.

Struggling Arsenal will be at home to Bournemouth seeking to bounce back from a 4-0 humiliation they suffered away at Liverpool in their last outing while defending champions Chelsea will visit former champions Leicester City.

Elsewhere, table toppers Manchester United will be hoping to maintain their 100 percent record start to the season when they travel to Britannia stadium to play hosts Stoke City.

Jose Mourinho men have won all the three opening matches scoring 10 goals and are the only team yet to concede this season.
