Tanzanian hip hop artist Darassa was supposed to perform in the country over the weekend but his fans were left rather disappointed after the show did not take place.
Darassa has in the past claimed to love his Kenyan fans and neither of his two expected appearances at the X millionaires club and the Blue lounge took place.
Darassa has come to defend himself over his failure to perform saying that it was caused by a breach of contract by his promoters.

While speaking to Mseto’s Will M Tuva,Darassa says that the his team had agreed with the organizers on upfront payment before they could put up posters advertising the show; a condition that was not met by the promoters.
However, one of the Promoters identified Martin, has defended himself saying that the reason the show did not take place was because of the little time available and the venue KICC being booked for another event, the Richie spice show.
