Mombasa, KENYA: Coast Region representatives to the National Maisha County League playoffs, Mombasa County teams, arrived in Nairobi on Sunday night ahead of the tournament scheduled for Monday through Thursday this week.

Lead by former Harambee Starlets head coach Joseph Oyoo, Mombasa County Ladies overcame their Kilifi counterparts 3-2 on post-match penalties after a 0-0 stalemate during the regulations time.
In Boys’ category, Mombasa edged Tana River County 5-4 on penalties after both sides were tied on a two all draw in normal time.
Maisha County League is a partnership between Football Kenya Federation FKF and the National Aids Control Council NAAC, aimed at promoting HIV testing among youths in line with the National health objectives.
