Re known businessman Donald Trump has won the 2016 US elections making him the 45th president of the United States of America.
In what appears to have come as a shocker to the world, Trump went on to clinch the victory, winning 276 of the college votes compared to Hillary Clinton’s 218.
Republican Donald Trump who did not receive much support from most of the world leaders, on Tuesday defeated heavily favored Hillary Clinton in the race for the White House, ending eight years of Democratic rule.
Trump,70, a wealthy real-estate developer and former reality TV host, rode a wave of anger towards Washington insiders to challenge Clinton, whose had a vast experience in politics, with stints as a First Lady, U.S. Senator and Secretary of State.
