Knec agent charged in court for KCSE exam malpractice

Mombasa,KENYA: A Kenya National Examinations Council agent was on Tuesday  charged in a Mombasa court for involvement in KCSE exams malpractice.

Dennis Juma appeared before the court  to answer charges for  willfully disclosing the contents of  Chemistry Paper 1 to another person without lawful authority.

He is alleged to have committed the offence on  Monday at Migadini Complex High school in Changamwe.

He pleaded not guilty before chief magistrate Teresia Matheka and was released on a  sh.500,000 bond.

The  case will be heard on 13th December 2016.
