Nairobi, KENYA: Thirteen time Kenya Premier League champions AFC Leopards has appointed Stewart Hall as their new head coach.

The Briton has penned a two-year contract at the Den succeeding Belgian Ivan Minneart who was sacked in September following a spate of poor run of results.

This will be Stewart’s second stint with a Kenyan club, having managed 2009 champions Sofapaka in 2012 before resigning to join Tanzanian side Azam FC.

He would then lead Azam to Cecafa Kagame Cup title in 2015, where they defeated Gor Mahia in the finals only to opt out in June this year.

AFC Leopards are currently rooted 12th in the league standings on 30 points with four matches to spare.
