Nairobi, KENYA:Former Narok North MP William Ole Ntimama is dead.
While quoting the family, Police say the 86-year old reportedly died at his rural home in Narok on Thursday.
He is reported to have died in his sleep in Narok on Thursday night at his house.
Police said the body was transported to the Lee Funeral Home, Nairobi on Friday morning.
Ntimama was the Narok North MP for 25 years before he retired from politics on September 14, 2013;having been a major influencer in Maasai politics.
He left ODM for TNA on March 16, 2014 and has been pushing for Narok and Laikipia leaders to join the Jubilee Party.
He also served as a minister in former President Mwai Kibaki’s government.
