HOW TO PREPARE CUSTARD MILK SHAKE
· Milk 500ml
· 2tbsp custard powder
· Sugar ¼
· 1 cup of water
· Pep rose or vanilla essence
· 1tsp cadamon seeds
Mix your custard powder with ¼ cup of cold water to make a smooth paste.
Take 1 serving spoon of sugar, 1tsp of cadamon seeds and boil in a cup of water.
Pour the custard mixture into the boiling water and stir until thick.
Let it cook for 5mins then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Pour the cooked custard mixture in a blender, add 500ml of milk, pep rose or vanilla essence and blend together.
Add some milk if your mixture appears thick.
Sieve and keep refridgrated.
Serve with any snack.
