Mombasa, KENYA: A man was on Tuesday charged with the murder of two people in a Mombasa high court.
Adamu Mustafa Juma jointly with others not arraigned in court, are alleged to have killed Mohamed Usi alias Bush on 6th February.
Accused person is also alleged to murder Gadaff Mohamed between 4th and 5th January 2014.
In an affidavit sworn in court by Makupa police officer, the suspect is involved in a series of crime within Mombasa.
He also stated that the accused person has been hiding in Saudi Arabia, after allegedly killing the two.
Juma pleaded not guilty to both accounts of charges before lady justice Dorah Chepkwony.
The suspect was denied bail after state counsel opposed bond, stating he was a flight risk and if released on bond he may abscond trial.
The case will be heard on 18th July.
