Nairobi, KENYA: Rwandan international Meddie Kagere has rejoined premier league giants Gor Mahia barely six months since departing.
The Ugandan born striker has been heavily linked with a move back to the local tier with several clubs craving for his signature, but its Gor Mahia who have won the race.
The development comes after he joined the rest of the squad for the morning training sessions on Wednesday with words within the club doing round contractual terms have been agreed.
Kagere who was an integral figure to the side last campaign where they clinched the league unbeaten, opted out late 2015 after talks to extend his stay with reigning champions stalled.
Walking straight to the team however will not be easy to him as he will have to fight for a starting berth with compatriot Jacques Tuyisenge, Enokck Agwanda, Jacob and George Odhiambo.
