Nairobi, KENYA: Kenya Rugby 15s team has moved up to 26th globally in the latest rankings released on Monday by World Rugby, the highest position ever in its history.

This comes in the wake of their 18-17 win away to Brazil on Friday 17 June 2016.

The team is currently bracing up for back to back Rugby Africa Division 1A fixtures away to Zimbabwe and Namibia on 9th and 16th July respectively.

They will then play host to Uganda in the Elgon Cup return leg in Nairobi on 30th July which will also double up as a Rugby Africa fixture.

The side will wind up their international season with a two test series against Hong Kong in Nairobi on 23rd and 27th August.
