Stephen Owusu stepped off the bench to score the important goal 10 minutes from time in an encounter that saw Homebozy’s Augustine Etemesi handed matching orders in stoppage time for a second bookable offence.
The success means Tusker are the new apex toppers on 24 points, two better than second placed Mathare United who face off with Chemeli Sugar on Sunday.
