London, ENGLAND: Manchester City will come up against 10-time UEFA Champions Leagues title winners Real Madrid in the semi-final according to Friday’s draw.
City the only English team remaining at this stage and who are semis debutants will host the first leg on 26th April, with the return leg in Spain’s capital on 4th May.
In other semis Atletico Madrid who floored defending champions Barcelona will tackle German giants Bayern Munich.
Winners of the two legged duel will face off in the finals scheduled for Milan’s San Siro Stadium on 28 May.
Elsewhere, Liverpool will start their UEFA Europa League finals hopes away at Villarreal, while Ukraine outfit Shakhtar Donetsk will be at home to Sevilla.
Europa league title victory will see Liverpool earn a ticket to next season’s Champions League football.
