The ship carrying 297 tourists including crews docked at Mombasa Port early Tuesday.
Ms Silver Cloud arrived at the port carrying 61 tourists from US , 42 from UK, Switzerland 9, Sweden 7, South Africa 3 and 3 from Russia.
The tourists were welcomed at the Port by officials from Kenya Tourism Board KTB led by Secretary Mr Allan Njoroge and Kenya hotel keepers Association led by Mr Mohamed Hersi.
Addressing the press, Mr Hersi termed the increase in arrivals of cruise ships in Mombasa as a sign of positive growth in the country’s tourism industry due to improved security.
Ms Silver Cloud becomes the 8th Cruise ship to visit Mombasa this season.
