The Deputy Head teacher at Palakumi primary school was Wednesday arraigned in a Kilifi law Court and charged with alleged defilement of four school girls.
Karema Mlewa Dyeka however denied four counts of charges before Kilifi Senior Resident Magistrate Leah Wasige.
The middle aged teacher was alleged to sexually abused the four girls aged between 16 and 17 years old, in diverse dates between 1st and 31st July this year at the school.
The court was told the suspected teacher had allegedly caressed the girls private parts during different occasions.
He was then released on a shs. 200,000 bond with surety of the same amount after an attempt by prosecution to have the accused denied the bond failed.
The prosecution had compliant that parents had raised concerns over safety of their girls, claiming the accused who is a senior teacher at the school may harass the complainants.
However the Magistrate Wasige said the prosecution had not demonstrated that the accused has and shall interfere with the complainant but cautioned the accused against iinterfere with the complainants before their evidence is taken.
The case will be mentioned on 7th September before hearing on 14th September 2015.
