Kenya Premier League champions Gor Mahia arrived in Mombasa on Friday ahead of the pre season build up friendly matches against Bandari FC and Mombasa Combined.
A contingent of 35 consisting 26 players, 8 officials and led by the club’s Chief Executive Officer Lordvick Omondi Aduda, landed at the Moi International Airport at 8:30pm last evening .
The team was housed at the luxurious Beamount Beach Resort in North Coast where they will reside for two days.
The green commandos paid a courtesy call to the Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho earlier on Saturday, to display the KPL trophy they won last season.
They play Bandari FC on Saturday and Mombasa combined later on Sunday.
Both matches kick of at 3:00pm
